Mexboss Mexican Empire is designed as an offline, single-player narrative experience. We do not require you to create an account and we do not ask for personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to play the App.

Your gameplay progress, decisions, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

Standard mobile platforms (such as the App Store) may automatically collect limited technical information (for example, aggregated download statistics or crash diagnostics) subject to their own privacy policies. We may receive this information only in anonymous, aggregated form.

Mexboss Mexican Empire contains simulated in-game currency and fictional games of chance used purely as narrative and informational utility. The App does not offer real-money gambling, does not accept real-money wagers, and does not award real money or prizes of any kind.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because progress is stored locally on your device, you can delete all data associated with the App at any time by uninstalling it or clearing its storage from your device settings.
